OrdoSaxum is fundamentally committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and accessible environment. We believe in creating a vibrant culture where the unique skills, talents, and experiences of every individual are valued. This diversity is a cornerstone of our innovative approach and enables us to better serve our broad base of clients and partners.

Commitment to Accessibility

OrdoSaxum is steadfast in its commitment to meeting its obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). We are dedicated to the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity, and we will work diligently to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to accessibility for our customers, employees, and all stakeholders who interact with our business.

Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

To formalize this commitment, OrdoSaxum has developed a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan that outlines our strategy to meet and exceed the requirements of the AODA. This plan is a living document, subject to regular review and updates, demonstrating our proactive steps towards making our organization and the province of Ontario fully accessible.

Accessible Customer Service

OrdoSaxum will make every reasonable effort to ensure that its policies, practices, and procedures are consistent with the principles of the AODA. We are committed to providing goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.

Communication: We will train our staff to communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability.

Assistive Devices: We are committed to serving people with disabilities who use assistive devices to obtain, use, or benefit from our goods and services.

Service Animals and Support Persons: We welcome people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal or a support person on the parts of our premises that are open to the public.

Feedback

The leadership of OrdoSaxum is committed to ensuring our products and services are accessible to everyone. We welcome and value the collaboration and feedback of customers, visitors, and staff so that we may continually improve our accessibility practices.

Customers and visitors are encouraged to provide feedback on how we can improve our accessibility. Feedback may be provided through any of the following methods:

We will ensure that our feedback process is accessible to people with disabilities by providing or arranging for accessible formats and communication supports, on request.
